Carlinhos ‘mendigo’ ex-Pânico tem prisão decretada e não foi preso por conta da Lei Eleitoral, diz Leo Dias
Aline, ex-mulher do apresentador e humorista revelou que há seis anos o artista Carlinhos, que fez o ‘Mendigo’ no Pânico, não paga pensão há 6 anos para o filho do casal. O total pedido pela ex-mulher é de R$ 400 mil. Segundo Leo Dias do ‘Fofocalizando’ ele está foragido.
Pouca gente sabe, mas ele era realmente ‘mendigo’ e morava nas ruas. O artista deu a volta por cima e agora é o um grande humorista e muito requisitado. Segundo o ‘Fofocalizando desta terça-feira (3), a pensão estabelecida era de R$ 2.500,00.
Carlinhos não foi preso por conta da Lei Eleitoral
Ainda conforme relato de Leo Dias, Mendigo revelou no passado que não pagava a pensão pois a mãe não deixava que ele visse o filho e por isto, acreditou que o menino também não precisava do amparo financeiro. A mãe, Aline, negou e disse que de 15 em 15 dias, segundo acordo na Justiça, ele tinha o direito de fazê-lo.
A verdade é que a polícia decretou a prisão, na última segunda (2) e ainda não pode prendê-lo, por conta da Lei Eleitoral, já que nenhum eleitor pode ser preso, a não ser em flagrante até a próxima terça (10).
Carlinhos falou ao vivo
Segundo ele, a pensão não foi paga porque ele nem mesmo poderia ser pai do garoto. Ele reclamou ao vivo da mãe do menino ‘Fofocalizando’, disse que tem 30 BO´s contra ela e que não pagou a pensão porque só queria ser pai e ver o menino. Ele alegou que não paga a pensão, apenas a partir de janeiro e não tem mais que isto.
